2 tsp infused olive oil
1/2 cup of minced sweet onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Infused Honey
1/4 cup Infused Maple syrup
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground mustard seed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 to 1/3 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup of fresh or thawed Mango, pulse in food processor for 1 minute to Puree.
1.Put 2 tsp of olive oil into a pan. Add the mined sweet onion and heat over medium/high heat for 5 minutes add fresh garlic and infused onion mixture for 2 minutes..
Now smell that….don’t burn garlic
2. Add the ACV, infused honey and infused maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, ground red pepper, ground cloves, ground mustard seed, and cayenne pepper to the sauce pan and mix well.
3. Heat mixture over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil, Now smell that, taste it if you like …
4. Reduce your stove heat to low to let the mixture simmer for 30 mins
5. At the 30 minute mark, add the tomato paste and mash it well into the mixture, start with 1/4 and add little extra to taste if needed (I love strong BBQ Sauce) until there are little to no clumps left; adding the mango last.
Mix well and let the mixture simmer for 15 – 30 more minutes….
Now cool and store for up to 3 months in the fridge. Can also be frozen, Enjoy
