Mom’s Melting Magical Cookies

I’ve been intrigued recently with the current recipe floating around Facebook at the melting your mouth white cake cookies that you can buy at any grocery store. You know those ones that you need more than one of covered in icing and fun sprinkles and they melt in your mouth.

But what happens when you’re a 40-year-old woman watching your weight and who needs to kill two birds with one stone. Medicate and kill the cravings at the same time. Cannabis infused edibles, natural homemade and full of goodness and not chemicals.

Since I had all the ingredients in the house I decided to whip up a quick pineapple express but her infusion with cart them on and infused vanilla beans before the kids woke up. Since Wednesday’s are my best days to bake in the morning and have the house air it out before anyone arrives home is always been crucial to me to maintain Calmness in my home, marriage and intrigued kids to what is “plant therapy.” As Mom calls it.

So the recipe is pretty simple, easy to follow a no brainer. I highly recommend using cooled infused butter for better, fluffier cookies.

Mom’s Cookies

1/2 cup infused butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1 small egg

1 tbsp infused Vanilla Bean extract

1 cup and a bit of white cake flour

1/4 tsp of baking soda and baking powder.

dash of Cardamon or cinnamon

1. Whip butter and sugar together , add egg. And Vanilla. Mix for  30 seconds.

2 Add all dry ingredients and mix on medium speed for 45 seconds or until mixed. If cookie dough is “wet” add a tbsp of flour until it forms.

Make 12 uniform balls and toss in icing sugar. Place cookie balls on cookie sheet and press down with a cup.

Bake at 350 for 7-10 mins. Oven temperature will vary. Now eat, smile responsibly lol 🌈
